Bendac Celebrate New Team Members!

Q2 and rolling into Q3 has been one of excitement, inspiration, and exponential growth for The Bendac Group.

Over the past couple of years, Bendac has set up strategic partnerships in countries across the globe and more recently, we have established ourselves within the sporting sector – securing a host of major contracts with Premiership Football Clubs, a selection of English Football League clubs and Pro 14 & Premiership Rugby clubs, along with the exciting expansion into County Cricket Clubs.

Now, as several of our current, high-profile stadia projects are nearing completion, Bendac are expanding not only in terms of trading and business progression but also our employee count. The organisation has grown to over 27 highly skilled and qualified employees and consultants who work directly for The Bendac Group with further individuals looking to start their new roles, over the coming months.

Our recent recruitment drive has resulted in Bendac hiring several key individuals to take on responsibilities in major roles within the company.

Angela Newman joins Bendac as Head of Finance of all Bendac trading companies, following a long-established career as a Financial Director. Heading up our Operations and Logistics is Claire Webb, Bendacs new Operations Manager. Claire has joined, following the recent appointment of Tony Au – Bendacs Customer Experience Manager – who has joined us from Bentley Motor Car customer retail experience. Both Tony and Claire, have worked directly with clients based in over 80 countries around the world.

With over 20 years of knowledge and experience within the AV sector, our new Director of Channel Sales, Paul Bromley joins from Hitachi – Maxell along with his former Hitachi, Senior Pre-Sales Engineer, Kevin Bateman. Having previously worked with the likes of LG, Mediastar and Maxell, Paul has a wealth of experience in AV distribution and sales across the globe, whilst Kevin utilises his extensive AV experience working for leading AV manufacturers covering Europe, the Middle East and Africa to support our pre-sales engineering team.

Bendac are excited that over the coming weeks, a further three, highly talented, motivated individuals will be joining the team.

Sophie Marshall is joining our continually expanding Creative Department, as a graphic designer, along with Cerys Dron, who is re-joining the company as a postgraduate, following her tenure as an undergraduate in the company, this time providing invaluable support to the operations division. Finally, Jayden Fowler has joined Bendacs Marketing Department for a university placement year, as part of his business management course, continuing the tradition of offering annual placement positions to undergraduates

These significant and exciting changes to The Bendac Group, add to our ever-growing team of enthusiastic professionals as well as providing key support in terms of our ability to deliver phenomenal turn-key solutions across a range of verticals.

In expanding the team and in turn our capabilities, The Bendac Group opens itself further to achieving industry-leading technology solutions within the AV industry, a position we strive to achieve to the very highest standards, as we move forwards into a modern and technological future. At Bendac, we are proud to provide an extensive range of striking, visual displays and even prouder to showcase our employees’ capabilities and organisation alongside our LED products and solutions. We look forward to our continued growth during the rest of the 2021 year and far into the future.
