This is a 12 month maternity cover role.
The Project Management role will be key in managing the expectations of our clients and key stakeholders as well as Project Managing the delivery of every project on time and within budget and scope.
You should have a background in managing and delivering projects of various sizes to clients, detailed planning, analysis and excellent written and verbal communication skills . You will be comfortable and experienced in managing the expectations of our business, clients and external stakeholders to ensure that everyone is aware of the progress of their order, that relationships are leveraged to manage and mitigate risks and issues.
You will have great relationship management skills and will be well versed at getting the best out of the people and projects that you oversee. You will be a person who thrives when planning projects under tight deadlines and working with project teams both internal and external.
Your ability to multi task and work under pressure will be excellent as will your ability to work across multiple cultures, appreciating the challenges that this can at times bring.
Responsibilities
1) Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
2) Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget·
3) Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility ·
4) Ensure resource availability and allocation·
5) Develop a detailed project plan to track progress·
6)Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs ·
7) Report and escalate to management as needed·
8) Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders·
9) Perform risk management to minimize project risks·
10) Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors·
11) Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Requirements
· Experience of delivering projects to time and budget in the LED Screen industry or similar.
· Project management software trained or similar.
· Salesforce use or trained a plus.
· Technical aptitude.
· Excellent client-facing and internal communication, negotiation and conflict management skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
· PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.

This role will be primarily office-based, although there will be a need to travel to installation sites and exhibitions across the UK and Europe to collect collateral for future marketing pieces, so we need the candidate to be willing to travel.
The role will include working alongside our existing Creative team to deliver impactful and eye-catching visuals for large format LED displays. Our displays are installed across a host of sectors including Sports, Retail, Leisure, as well as many more! This means that there is plenty of opportunity to produce content for a host of applications. As well as this, we are also pioneers in the use of LED displays for Virtual Production (VP) and we will be looking for our new team member to play a key role in creating virtual environments for VP studios (including the one that we have at our Wiltshire HQ). The successful candidate will also work on many exciting internal marketing projects to further grow our brand and continue to further extend our position as leaders in our industry.

A driven and self-motivated individual is required to support a wide variety of complex projects in a rapidly growing LED Manufacturing business. No previous experience of the LED Industry is required, but a technical aptitude is a significant advantage.
You will be a talented multitasker, well organised and good at understanding the “big-picture,” whilst also having a keen eye for detail. A strong communicator, who is able to adjust and correspond equally with team members, the Executive Team and particularly clients across Europe, the US and the Middle East. You will work equally effectively under your own initiative as well as part of a team.
The Role
The scope of the role will be supporting the Project Manager
What will be involved in this role will be:
Strong Analysis and Critical Thinking Skills– There is a vast amount of data to be analysed, so it is essential for the candidate to have excellent and proven analytical skills. We monitor trends in sales and performance within the project management lifecycle, and these need to be analysed with the appropriate reports generated and maintained. Once these reports have been produced, new risks and issues could be identified, and as a result, will need to be escalated in a timely fashion.
Minute Taking – You will be a key participant in the project meetings and you will be accountable for ensuring the minutes are taken, documented and ensuing actions recorded and ensure they are completed to plan.
Logistics – We move our projects form our manufacturing facilities in China to all parts of the world. You will be responsible for attaining quotes from various partners and ensuring the movements are managed according to their agreed schedule and cost.
Project Management Tooling – We use Salesforce and Click Up in the management of our projects. You will be accountable for ensuring these tools are up to date.
Quality Management – Monitoring and maintaining the processes and technical documentation for the Project Management function ensuring that they are reviewed regularly.
Excel – Project Management use a great deal of Excel for their day-to-day duties, so it is key that the successful candidate, at the very minimum, has a working knowledge of simple formulas, how to create and maintain Pivot Tables and Look Ups.
