Having already worked on numerous stadia related projects, Bendac’s skilled team were eager to assist Glamorgan CCC with their digital upgrade, delivering several bespoke, outdoor LED displays, ideal for the specified environment. Our in-house engineering team facilitated the design, manufacture and installation of three LMKII LED screens – inclusive of ground and steelworks.
Overall, the Bendac Group completed a full turnkey installation of three visually stunning displays to be utilised for advertisement, match information, and replays. Our team had to decommission the existing East and West Screens, before upgrading them both and erecting a new LED North screen.
The LMKII 10mm pixel pitch is a combination of the traditional LED screen and creative modern solutions. Highly resilient, with rich colours and vivid brightness, the LMKII is an intuitive screen capable of providing striking images regardless of weather conditions.
In total, Bendac installed an impressive 147.45sqm of display and 1,474,560 pixels across three LED screens at the stadium.
All three displays demonstrate a range of convenient features – from replays, key moment animations, match-day information and adverts – the LED screens added not only to fan excitement throughout the duration of play, but also to both the build-up and aftermath of the match.
